Based out of suburban Pennsylvania, Akila Shankar has been pursuing her dreams in planning as well as designing events since 2018. I know Akila Shankar for more than a decade now. She designed and decorated my 12 year old daughter’s bedroom. She transformed the room by painting a mural on the wall with flowers and branches of a tree , draping the windows with pretty curtains, matching bed covers,upholstery and other accessories that blend together in perfect harmony.
